Dear Family and Friends, The promise that death will be no more is as sure as the sun rising each morning. The promise is found in his Word the Bible at Revelation 21:4, which says: “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away.” It is also given in the book of Isaiah: “He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces.”—Isa. 25:8. Without a doubt God will bring to life our dead loved ones. Please look forward to that wonderful time in the near future.

Original condolence from Doris Wilder of DENTON, TX. November 23, 2017 I'm Jim's big sister. I always called him brother Jim due to the many Jims in our family. We grew up in the depression with an alcoholic father. Our mother sacrificed for our welfare and we were always grateful. Early on Jim became a believer in Jesus Christ as his savior and i share this faith with him. I remember his wedding in 1952 and the pictures of the entire family attending. I remember his boxing and his army service in Alaska where I sent him a big box of cookies - I don't even know if he got them. Thanks to son David for attending funeral on my behalf. See you soon Jim!

Original condolence from Michael and Annette Dodson of Fort Worth, Texas November 22, 2017 Jim was my dad's youngest brother and I was given my first name, Jimmie, in his honor. Jim was a much admired friend to me all my life. Visiting Jim and Dilla was something we always looked forward to. I looked up to Jim in the same way he looked up to my dad and I will cherish the memory of his warm smile and his hearty laugh. Our sincerest condolences to Aunt Della and cousins Carrie and Becky.
