Dear Family & Friends, Death is our greatest enemy and the death of a loved one is difficult to cope with. But the bible tells us at Psalm 34:18, 19, that “Jehovah is close to the broken-hearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” God will also “wipe out every tear” from our eyes and “death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Revelations 21:4) Jehovah God promises us life without end in perfection on a paradise earth! Please look forward to that wonderful time in the near future.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Though I didn't know Charlie, I can tell that he was someone who cared for others and wanted to make a difference. It's proven by the many friends and family members that seem so devastated by his loss on this memorial to him. I can only imagine what you are going through, but I saw his story and wanted to reach out and offer some form of encouragement. I know what has helped me through tough times is the Bible's hope of a resurrection and the opportunity to see our loved ones again, freed from the emotional and mental anguish they might have been dealing with. John 5:28,29 is a great scripture and I hope that you are able to find some peace through prayer and Gods Word. My heart goes out to you and your family.

charlie,
you were such an amazing guy. so caring and absolutely hilarious! it was always a good time seeing you at 106 whenever i came over. the guys were lucky to have you as a roommate. one time i will never forget is when we both were discussing how bad our backs were and then you came up with the brilliant idea of me stepping on your back to try and crack it. haha dear lord, i thought i was going to break you! i know this is a terrible time for everyone right now. but just know that you are not forgotten. you are loved by so many and you will forever be missed. it's not goodbye, it's see you later. ❤️

I honestly cannot believe you are gone. I keep looking at pictures and old messages hoping its some kind of dream..I want you to know how special you were to me and so many others. You touched the hearts of every persons life you walked into. Your smile and your laugh were contagious. I wish you would have seen all that. I miss you so much and wish I could just see you one last time; at the gym where you would always come up and talk to me with a huge grin, even when I looked horrible, or at our friends house where we barely knew anyone, but we would have fun anyway. Talking about life and how national guard was. See you again my dear friend. Watch over all of us. 💕

Charlie I mostly remember you being younger. I remember I babysat you one time and you did not want to brush your teeth. You came up with every excuse but you wanted a snack. Gosh you were cute. What a wonderful young man you grew up to be.
