W. Rita (Hudson) Simons
Late, of Parry Sound,Ontario, made her transition on March the 6th 2015, one day into her 99th year.
At her request, cremation has taken place and interment is June 8, 2015, midday at the Greenstone Cemetary in Geraldton Ontario
Born on the island of Grenada. B. W. I., she is survived by her daughter Trudi Jill (Larry Jones) of Thunder Bay and son Laurence (Larry) Hudson Simons (Judi) of Parry Sound. Her grandchildren in birth order are Brendan (B.J.) Jay Simons (Francesca Ricci), Gillian Elinor Meredith( GEM) Jones, Rebecca (Becki) Dawn Simons (Steve Urion), Jordan (Jordie) Lee Simons (Mary Anne), Hayley Patricia Simons (Capt. Thomas Rivett,). Her great grand children are Jack, Kate and Owen Urion, and Evan and Natalie Rivett.
She was predeceased by husband John (Jack) Simons, and 3 of her 4 siblings, sister Ray Bellamy, Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Noble Hudson (GB), Walter Hudson, Calgary. Rita’s surviving youngest sibling sister Pat Williams is in Edmonton.
