This memorial was created in honor of Janet Leiloha Duggan of Phoenix, Arizona. Janet was born on November 23, 1947 in Hawaii and passed on February 8, 2016, surrounded by family in her home. Jan was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family.In lieu of flowers, the family will be collecting donations for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to dedicate a plaque in honor of Jan's granddaughter Leah, a cancer survivor and patient there.
