This memorial was created in honor of Sarah Starr of Sacramento, California. Sarah was born on September 15, 1991 in Sacramento and passed on February 14, 2013. Sarah was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family. Her ashes currently reside with her father. There was no obituary or plot and it dawned on me that I may not be the only one who has a lot to say and no place to really say it. I also remember how much our grandfather's memorial/guest book helped me when missing him and I wanted to be able to give that peace of mind back to our family and friends. We love you Sarah. Your memory will forever live on in our hearts.
