I know how brokenhearted you guys must be right now, you are all so lucky to have had such a wonderful woman to call mom. She loved her family more than anything on this earth. I feel fortunate to have had the privilege to call her my friend. We shared great memories of after school food for the boys at Shadow Mountain and long talks when times were tough. My love and prayers are with all of you and with her.

My most vivid memory of Jan was her smiling. She seemed to get a real kick out having us around, listening to our dumb teenage conversations. i remember her genuine laugh and how she seemed to actually be happy having Tommy's friends come by. You remember those parents and forget the ambivalent or uninterested ones. I remember your mom as a very sweet woman. She was slight and had a real energy about her. She was interested and connected with the boys lives. I haven't seen her in a long time, I can't remember the last time. But in the shadow mountain years when we all were so close and shared so much of our lives together I remember her being there too.
I'm sorry for your loss, guys. She was always very nice to me and it made a lifelong impression on me.

Mama Jan help me to become the man I'm. She gave me some of the best times of my life. Every other weekend in high school while everyone was out being dumb, she always opened up her home so we chould be safe but always have fun. Playing monopoly and Nintendo all night then getting up to play tennis on Saturday, yes we played tennis. It was a home away from home. I'm so greatful and thankful I had Mama Jan in my life.

To the family of Janet Duggan. I am sending my condolences to you because I am so sorry for the loss of your love one. Death is not natural and that is why it hurts when it comes. May you find the peace of Almighty GOD when you read his promise to us found at John 5:28, 29.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 reminds us that God is always there to comfort us. I pray this helps you to find peace.
