Mrs. Lamorey, Jo Anne, Martha & Ed, I am so sorry to hear last night of Drainers passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I will always thank him for showing me the Vermont I love. He was a true friend, a good man! We will all miss him! He is now truly in Gods country! Rest in peace D.

Martha and the rest of the Lamorey families, I was saddened to read of Steve's passing. I last saw him long ago when he was in the Jefferson St. Apartments. I know he had a long struggle, but is now at peace. May you hold the many happy memories you shared close to your heart, with the hopes that they ease your grief at this difficult time.

To the Lamorey Family: So sad to hear of Steve's passing. Although we lost contact years ago I still remember the good times we spent hunting, fishing, going to the races and his love of working on and driving cars. I think we sold that GTO to each other four times. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your terrible loss.

I went to see Steve 2 months ago and we had a great talk about all the fun times we had in College and living together in Burlington. These were times that I will never forget. Ethel, Eddie, Joanne and Martha - Having just lost my father, in hearing of Stevie's passing, I was once again showered with Hill Street memories - soap box derbies, painting model cars, going 'over the bank', Mike and Chumy, your grandfather watching football and signing at every bad play! Back and forth down the driveway between houses... Our two families now exchanging memories and prayers at this very sad time. Rest in peace, Stevie. Jo Ellen Pirie

Mrs Lamorey , Jo Anne , Martha and Ed, I am so sorry to hear today that my freind and your son and brother passed. You know I didn't see him the last two years but thought and spoke of him often. Drainer was a true freind, I don't know how many times I told people when I was rebuilding the house on the lake he'd be there working before I got there! we had lots of memories. He showed me the back roads of Vermont! We loved riding the back roads looking for deer,!even on a rainy day he'd say," it's like the Hamburg on the mashed potatoes" God knows how good that is! Of course he was always the one to get one! I will miss him and I am sorry for your loss. But do know he is happy now, I'll bet he's walking a back road with Bear! I love you all, Ray Bushnell
