This memorial was created in honor of Marion "Brig" Albert Schweigart of Warren, Pennsylvania. Brig was born on February 10, 1949 in Coudersport and passed on July 18, 2013 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Brig was a family man who was hopelessly devoted to his wife, Brenda Munson Schweigart, who he affectionately referred to as "Petunia". He was a man of many talents. He held a professional bass angler's membership, made his own fishing lures, and fished in tournaments throughout PA, NY, and Canada. He had a great passion for music and enjoyed playing the guitar as well as other instruments. He served in both the US Army and US Marine Corp and took great pride in serving his country. Brig was a strong man with a gentle heart. Family, friends and fishing were his greatest sources of enjoyment. He will be missed dearly by his family and everyone who had the opportunity to meet and get to know him.
