Lady bug release was done March 11 2020 as a tribute to Elysha at the beautiful rose garden of one of her favorite libraries in woodland California. Her niece and nephew released the lady bugs in her honor and watched them crawl and fly. Elysha always talked about how much she loved the idea of just being able to buy a jar of lady bugs to let go and would always list it off as something to do when we were bored, but her and I never got around to doing that together.
If you would like to honor Elysha yourself but do not know how a lady bug release or donation to any library in her honor would be Something I think she would really love.
